FREE Shipping on orders over $150

We offer free shipping on orders over $150. The minimum purchase amount for Free Shipping is based on the pre- tax sub-total in your cart and does not include coupons or discounts applied. Orders below $150 is assessed shipping based upon weight and carrier. Free shipping does not apply to orders that require freight shipping. See below for charges on freight items. Certain Items (such as large quantities of exam gloves, examination furniture, or other heavy items or paper products) are not eligible for free shipping. Call before placing your order for a freight quote.

Want it Faster?We offer PLENTY of expedited delivery options at check out based upon weight and delivery location. We have excellent shipping discounts. The rates are provided in real time directly from the shipping provider's website. 

We offer delivery via FEDEX, USPS, local truck delivery, DHL, and freight services. Please note transit times may not include weekends and deliveries may only occur on business days.

Items that ship freight, including furniture and oversized items, may not qualify for free shipping. These will ship via common carrier from our distribution center to your dock/curb in 7-10 business days. We will gladly provide you with a freight quote if you require one. Any orders that contain freight and non-freight items will not incur additional shipping costs over the freight fees (non-freight items will ship free). Drop ship items such as EKG papers or specialty items that are shipped directly from the Manufacturer require 5-7 days and are not shipped same day.

Orders shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, U.S. territories, PO Boxes, APO or FPO addresses or international will ship via USPS and may not qualify for free shipping. Please contact us to place an order and obtain a shipping estimate.

Cancellations

We know our customers want their items right away. We process orders as soon as they come in. Once order are submitted they cannot be canceled or changed. If you would like to make changes to an order that has already been submitted please contact us immediately and we will try to comply. However, due to our commitment to process orders as quickly as possible, once the checkout process is completed our distribution center is notified immediately. The costs incurred of return shipping of refused shipments of undamaged products will be deducted from any refund.

Expected Delivery Date

With distribution centers around the country, most of our customers have the ability to receive their items within one or two business day of placing an order. We calculate our expected delivery dates based upon product availability, time of day the order is placed, and whether an item must be shipped freight. Orders placed before 3pm EST are likely to be delivered within 2 business days. If an order is for a high quantity of one or more items, the order will likely be fulfilled from more than one distribution center and thus be received in separate packaged. We cannot guarantee any delivery dates.

Truck Deliveries (Freight)

A signature is required for all truck deliveries. Truck deliveries will occur Monday-Friday 8:00AM to 5:00PM. If a delivery appointment time is required please contact us at the time of placing your order. Note any visible damage on the bill of lading/delivery ticket before signing for the shipment.

IMPORTANT - DO NOT DISCARD THE SHIPPING MATERIALS/PACKAGING FOR YOUR ORDER. Items need to be returned in their original packaging.

Truck shipments are tailgate/dock/curbside delivery only. The driver will not assist you in bringing the items inside. Should you need a lift gate to get the item off the truck, additional charges may apply, please notify us at the time of order placement so appropriate arrangements can be made.

Residential delivery may not be available in some areas. You will be contacted prior to delivery  if it cannot be made to your address.
